Velo Hols offers 7 night guided cycling packages in the unspoilt rural province of Almeria in Southern Spain. Our base is in the small resort of Mojacar at the cyclist-friendly 4* Marina Playa beachfront hotel which is the accommodation of choice for the professional cycling teams who train here.

It’s wonderful undiscovered cycling country. That’s why the European professionals come to Almeria. This large rural Andalusian province lies quietly between the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol but, perhaps fortunately, well away from both and is little known to the English cycling world. It is a place vast open countryside, high mountains and lovely Mediterranean coast all of which is sparsely populated, undeveloped and much of it protected by a series of National Parks.

Velo Hols offers year-round good weather cycling holidays on these coast, mountain and country roads which have good tarmac and minimal vehicle and cycling traffic.

This is what you pay and what you’ll get for it.

We have kept what we offer as simple as possible so it’s easy for you to understand and for us to administer.

Our packages are for 7 nights for a minimum of 5 persons.

Larger groups are welcome.

The price is £750 for one person in a double room or £575 each for two sharing a double room [separate double beds] at the 4* Marina Playa Hotel.

Payment terms are 50% on booking and 50% by no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of your arrival date we ask for payment in full when bookings are made.

Your payments are protected via Paypal.

We operate year-round except for July & August and the price is the same throughout.

Our packages are based on you travelling via Alicante Airport which is well served all year round from all UK airports by EasyJet, Ryanair and other airlines.
