Our Aim is to provide a full holiday experience for road cyclists , based out of our luxury villa in Eretria on the island of Evia. Flexibility is the key, you tell us how you like it and we will do our upmost to provide it. I have worked as a chef for over 20 years in some of the top hotels in London and Athens So If you fancy BBQ spit roast local Greek lamb with vegetables and herbs from the garden or trying homemade pizza’s in the wood fired oven then that is what you will have! It is these 3 passions of mine that I would like to share with you, Beautiful Greece, good food and of course some great cycling..
