Our goal is to make the training methodologies that have helped so many athletes become Olympic, World and Ironman Champions available to all members of the triathlon public. To do so we’ve trained a world class coaching team with knowledge and techniques which will have you enjoying your triathlon more, while training less.

Join Trisutto Coach Valentina Leucari for a week of training at the beautiful sport resort Playitas in Fuerteventura. You will be personally followed in each swim-bike-run session and will receive advice and feedback. You will have the chance to train in a gorgeous environment, best winter climate and top sport structures. The camp is open to athletes of all levels and training for any distance.

There will be training sessions as well as theoretical lectures. Wide space will be given to interaction between coach an athletes. Topics covered include:

– Swim-bike-run technique and different training sessions
– Guidelines on how to plan a season
– Principles of integration
– Racing
