I stayed for a week in July 2017 in preparation of the Cascais 70.3 Ironman; the training exceeded my expectations. Facilities are excellent: swimming in a 50m outdoors swimming pool and practicing open water skills in a lake, cycling through the Alps (including stages of the Tour de France), and running through beautiful scenery, Buzz provides all tools to develop/advance triathlon skills. Amelia and Joe are amazing coaches, with a positive attitude; their tips are spot on and they will both do their best to help advance your skills in any of the three sports. Training is personalised and adapted to everyone’s level and expectations. No need to worry about anything. Accommodation in a chalet provides the opportunity to meet with people from different backgrounds with the same passion for triathlon and the mountains. Thumbs up to Marc, an amazing chef, who prepares delicious and nutritious three course dinners. If there was a 6th star, Buzz would definitely get it!
