The September camp is an end of season technique and winter preparation camp, where participants will develop knowledge and understanding to make the most of the winter months. This includes swim, bike and run technique session, drill work, longer endurance sessions and mobility and strength sessions, all to help you avoid injury and have the best possible season in 2019. In addition, guests will receive a one-on-one coaching session to help develop their technique individually and to assist in planning their winter training and developing a 2019 programme and race schedule. The week ends with a sprint triathlon (750m/20K/5K) organised in conjunction with the Neilson team. The camp has a balance between hard training and a relaxed and fun social element – making it one of the best tri camps and experiences you will ever have!

The camp is held at the Retreat Sivota Beach Resort, one of Neilson’s luxurious Beachclub resorts offering four-star accommodation with spectacular sea views and delicious cuisine. Here you will find a swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts and a terraced bar area making it perfect for athletes and their partners, family and friends to enjoy.

There is also a chance to enjoy a whole range of inclusive activities with tuition such as sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing and mountain biking and children’s clubs for all ages (pre-bookable).

On all RnR camps, because of the diversity of the coaching staff and the resorts, the camps cater for everyone from complete novices to experienced Ironman triathletes, male or female and any age.
