Through individual and group assessments you’ll gain expert insight from our leading coaching team. Pre ride seminars and workshops using our mobile sports assessment lab provide each rider with comprehensive performance feedback. We then take this knowledge to the road as we join the Sun Velo team for our daily guided ride.

Ideal for competitive recreational cyclist and Riders seeking performance improvement in a sportive, specific endurance event, or category racing.

Riders should be able to ride for extended periods of time at 15mph and above.
