Cycling Ascents provides guided cycling, accommodation, and training camps at the foot of Alpe d’Huez, based in Bourg d’Oisans. Bourg D’Oisans is the ideal base for cycling up Alpe D’Huez, being only two minutes ride from the bottom of the legendary Tour de France climb. With other Tour greats on our doorstep such as the Col Du Galibier, Col du Glandon, Col de la Croix de Fer, & many others within cycling distance, it makes us the ideal base for cycling in the Alps.

With our comfortable B&B or Self Catered apartments, great location, and welcoming service we offer everything you could need as a cyclist.

A natural progression from our successful B&B service for cyclists, our Cycling Training Camp weeks are for those who are looking to focus on the experience of riding the big Alpine climbs by letting us take care of the details, while also learning more about effective training and becoming a better road cyclist. Providing the same top-quality accommodation, service, bike facilities, breakfasts, and incredible mountain roads we’ll also be offering the following:

Option of 1/2 board for 6 nights (breakfast, post ride recovery smoothies, + 3 course evening meal with aperitif and drinks included)
Individual Coaching from a qualified member of The Association of British Cycling Coaches including pre holiday training plans & on the bike coaching
Daily guided rides – planned itinerary or custom, or Vehicle support for small groups from the large choice of mountain roads, including Alpe d’Huez, Col du Galibier, Col du Glandon & Croix de Fer….plus many more.
1 Complementary in-house Massage from an ex Pro Tour Soigneur of 10 years experience
